Houston, TX – (September 11, 2019) Nutex Health is proud to announce that as of September 9, 2019, SE Texas ER & Hospital will be accepting clients for their new inpatient acute medical detox program. SE Texas ER & Hospital has partnered with Restoration, a clinically-based detox program, in order to create an environment that allows patients to detox safely while under medical supervision.

Our detox program was created in response to the growing opioid crisis that is plaguing the country. “The opioid epidemic is frightening, and many people can’t comprehend the magnitude of the crisis and what it takes to combat substance abuse,” Dr. Tom Vo, CEO of Nutex Health, states. Our acute medical detoxification program is designed to help people who struggle with a wide range of substance abuse problems, which can lead to other secondary issues such as depression, anxiety, strained and broken relationships, and many other difficulties. Because detoxifying your body of opioid and other substances can be very dangerous, our acute medical detox program safely manages the symptoms of withdrawal from taking drugs such as opioids or benzodiazepines (benzos) or alcohol.

Nutex Health and Restoration at SE Texas ER & Hospital are honored to be able to provide a life-altering program to better people’s lives. Our facility is conveniently located off I-69 and Will Clayton Parkway next to IAH Airport, at 19211 McKay Dr, Humble, TX 77338.
