Jackie Wingard started with SE Texas ER & Hospital when it opened. A born and raised native of Houston, Texas, Jackie attended college at Prairie View University.  With 35+ years of experience in both Healthcare Logistics and Hospital Leadership, Jackie takes pride in the work that she does. During the duration of her career and while at with us, she has been successful at implementing charge capture systems. Among the many goals Jackie has set out to accomplish at SE Texas ER & Hospital, she is eager and motivated to focus on the overall cost saving in logistics and productivity for the human resources department. During her spare time, she enjoys camping, fishing, and cooking. Jackie enjoys the smiling faces and wonderful warm feeling of the staff while working with the company.
